Thank you for shopping with Solara Studio. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

## Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Final sale or discounted items (if specified)

- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
